This is the granny gown look that was so popular in this era - not only in nightwear, it was also popular in everyday wear as well.

This ensemble - especially the nightgown - is easy to find, however the flowers are often missing from the bonnet.  The booties are the hardest item to find.  The pink hair rollers can also be difficult to find.
