Barbie's Mod exercise ensemble features a red long sleeve leotard, sheer red pantyhose and red buckle flats. I never quite understood the shoes.

It also includes her exercise accessories and these can be very hard to find.

The leotard and tights are fairly easy to find, but they are prone to holes, snags and runs and it is a bit more difficult to find it in great condition.
