Barbie's 1971 raincoat, updated from Vintage Barbie Rain Coat #949 (1963), Stormy Weather #949 (1964-1965) and Drizzle Dash #1808 (1967 - 1968), has a stand-away yoke, belt and collar. The belt has a gold rectangular buckle.

The raincoat and boots are fairly easy to find, but it can be a challenge to find the scarf/hat.
