Here are Barbie's Mod slip, bra and pantyhose.  The half-slip is bright yellow sheer nylon with two tiers of hot pink tulle ruffles and an elastic waist.

The hot pink bra is made of cotton lace and has a yellow flower.  The hot pink pantyhose have a cotton lace panty with a yellow flower.

These were only made for one year and while they aren't exactly plentiful, they can usually be readily found at a reasonable price.
